Shipping Policy

All paid orders get packed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Weekends and official holidays are not counted as working days. Pre-order goods show separate delivery time on product pages.

Standard shipping time after warehouse dispatch: US 7–13 working days; UK, Canada, Australia 8–15 working days; EU countries 10–19 working days. Delivery times are just estimates. Customs hold-ups, courier backlogs and bad weather may cause delays out of our control.

Shipping cost calculates automatically at checkout based on package size, weight and destination. Free shipping only applies to orders hitting the clear minimum spend marked on our site. No extra delivery fees after payment.

Buyers take full responsibility for all import duties, customs fees and local sales taxes when packages arrive. We will declare real item value as international logistics rules require and cannot pay customs charges for you.

Once shipped, we send a tracking number and link to your registered email. If tracking stays unchanged for over 8 days, contact support for logistics help.

Parcels sent back to us because you refuse delivery, miss pickup or provide invalid address cost return freight paid by you. If you want re-delivery, you pay all new shipping fees. If you request a refund after goods return, original delivery fees will not be given back.

We do not ship to PO boxes, military restricted zones and sanctioned areas. Carriers may stop sending to high-risk addresses, and we can cancel such shipments.
