Return & Refund Policy
We support returns within 30 days after you receive the package. All return requests must be sent to customer service within this period; late applications will not be accepted.
Items eligible for return need to stay unused, unaltered and brand new. All original boxes, tags, accessories and manuals must be complete and sent back together.
These goods cannot be returned for hygiene or custom reasons: skincare & cosmetics, underwear & disposable products, personalized engraved goods, clearance items labeled Final Sale No Return.
If goods are defective, wrong items or damaged during transit due to our mistake, we supply free return labels and cover all return shipping. You can pick full refund or free replacement.
If you return items just because you change your mind or dislike size/style, you pay all outgoing and return shipping fees. Original delivery cost will not be refunded. We only send product value refund after we receive and check returned goods.
To start a return: send your order number and clear product photos to support, wait for official approval and get the designated return address, pack goods safely and send the tracking number to us. Our warehouse takes 4–6 working days to check parcels, and approved refunds transfer to your original payment method in 4–9 working days.
If you receive broken or defective products, send photos of goods and outer package to support within 7 days after delivery. We will arrange replacement or full refund, and may let you skip returning damaged items at our discretion.
Shipping fees, customs duties and taxes cannot be refunded unless the error comes from our warehouse. Packages marked delivered by couriers but lost after receipt cannot get full compensation. Goods mailed back without prior approval will be rejected and cannot trigger refunds.
Exchange requests for different sizes or colors need to be submitted within the 30-day return window. Exchange shipping cost rules follow the same standards as regular returns.
